What does it mean to seek wholeness in a fragmented world? In her solo exhibition GLORY (make me) WHOLE, Vienna-based artist Madita Kloss offers a vibrant, feminist response. Through expressive painting and layered symbolism, she reclaims the female figure—not as object, but as agent—biting the apple, rewriting the story.
Drawing from religious iconography, pop imagery, and the rituals of daily life, Kloss’ works merge sensuality and strength, introspection and rebellion. Colour becomes emotion, gesture becomes critique. The exhibition explores power, embodiment, and the quiet force of care—inviting viewers to consider new forms of resilience.
At once tender and confrontational, GLORY (make me) WHOLE is a visual reckoning with femininity, motherhood, and myth—where nothing is passive, and everything resists being divided.
